It's spring! For our April cake of the month, we're featuring our favorite vanilla cake filled with lemon sabayon custard and blueberry filling, finished in Italian meringue vanilla buttercream.

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure the best flavor and texture, your cake must be served at room temperature. Cake size and ambient temperature can affect required time. So be sure to remove cake from refrigeration and box 2-4 hours prior to serving.
